"Jesus Saves Lives" Infant Baby Long Sleeve Onesie. This bodysuit is smooth and soft against your baby's skin yet durable enough to stand up to any test. Comes in multiple colors: solid colors are 100% cotton, other colors will include polyester.  There are plastic snaps at the cross closure for easy changing. All bindings have ribbed knitting for durability and improved range of motion.
