Return Policy: 

All returns must be received with 30 days of delivery (customer pays for return shipping). Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end. All returns must have NO signs of wear, washing, or improper care, NO damage or stains, must have all tags attached. Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. Please do not return directly to the address on the received package. The appropriate return address will be provided. Please send back the package with normal shipping, not express shipping. We suggest all returns be sent with a traceable carrier with tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days to process the return. Once orders have been submitted, they cannot be changed or cancelled.
